  • "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • "Services" refers to AI counselling, college information, exam preparation, PYQ resources, and subscription plans offered.
  • "Subscription" refers to paid plans that provide premium access to Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without authorization.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to transmit harmful or offensive content.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PrepForBharat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without prior written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI counsellor (EduSaathi) provides guidance based on available data. Responses are informational and should not be considered as professional academic or career advice. PrepForBharat is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrepForBharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
