Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • You will retain access to premium features until the billing period expires.
  • Your account and data will be preserved even after subscription ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not significantly used the premium services.
  • Technical issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing paid services for more than 48 hours, a pro-rata refund will be provided.
  • Duplicate payments: Full refund for any accidental duplicate charges.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If premium features have been substantially used during the billing period.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations (as these are informational and not guaranteed).
  • Failure to cancel before the auto-renewal date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at tech.ajay2614@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. Counselling Session Cancellation

For booked counselling sessions:

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund or rescheduling available.
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
  • No-show: No refund will be provided.
